How to shop online?

Will there be any shipping cost?

There will be no shipping costs for any of our items. However, we do have charges for delivery.
(Refer to ‘Do you do delivery?’).

Estimated time for item to arrive?

It takes around 3-4 weeks for the item to be arrive at our warehouse and shipped to Brunei. Do note that any delays may be due to slow custom processing, public holidays and weather conditions.

Do you do delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery services by hiring people for delivery. The charges of this delivery depend on the item’s size and area of delivery. Delivery charges are to be paid by the receiver unless free delivery is stated.


Payment terms?

For pre-order items, we only require half deposit. The remaining balance would be paid when the item has arrived.
Payment would be made by cash at our store or by bank transfer through Baiduri or BIBD.


Refunds are only applicable to items which are damaged during shipping or items that did not arrive.
Damaged items can only be exchanged with the exact same one.

Is there a receipt/invoice for my order?

Yes. There will be an invoice issued to confirm your order. A separate invoice will be given after the item arrived.

What should I do if I receive wrong product or item that doesn't match the description?

Don’t worry, we will exchange a new product without any charges imposed. Subsequently, we also also a full refund upon request.
